Login issues often arise when multiple people use multiple Google accounts in the same browser.
If you are having trouble logging into online software either via Login with Google or via Clever, please try the following:
- Log out of all Google accounts and restart your browser.
- If using Chrome, log out of your Chrome browser session (in the upper right hand corner).
- Clear your browser cache. Instructions on how to do this vary by browser, but can be found with a simple internet search.
- Try using a different browser
If none of the above helps, please alert your teacher or put in a helpdesk ticket.
